- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 2 tbsp sliced green onions for garnish
Steps
- 1 In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, cornstarch, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add pork slices and cook until just browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 4 In the same skillet, add green beans and red pepper flakes, sauté for 3 minutes.
- 5 Push green beans to one side and pour the sauce into the skillet, cook until thickened, about 1 minute.
- 6 Return pork to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- 7 Add water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- 8 Cook for another 2 minutes until green beans are tender-crisp.
- 9 Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
