- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- 3 Toss chicken and broccoli in a large bowl with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Spread chicken and broccoli on a sheet pan.
- 5 Pour half of the honey mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
- 6 Bake for 20 minutes.
- 7 Remove from oven, flip chicken and broccoli, pour remaining honey mixture over, and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds.
- 8 Bake for another 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- 9 Garnish with green onions and remaining sesame seeds before serving.
