- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional)
Steps
- 1 In a bowl, toss beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- 2 Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4 Add beef to skillet, cook until browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 5 minutes.
- 5 Push beef to one side and add bell pepper and broccoli. Stir-fry vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
- 6 Combine beef and vegetables, stir in green onions.
- 7 Optional: Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce.
- 8 Serve immediately.
