- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds for garnish
Steps
- 1 Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- 2 Remove beef and set aside. In the same skillet, heat remaining vegetable oil and add garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
- 3 Add frozen vegetables and cook until heated through.
- 4 Push vegetables to one side and crack eggs into the skillet, scrambling them quickly.
- 5 Add cooked rice to the skillet and break up any clumps.
- 6 Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- 7 Return beef to the skillet and toss to combine.
- 8 Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
