- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (optional, for added meatiness)
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 2 cups celery, sliced
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
