- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- 3 Add onions and garlic to the skillet, cooking until onions are translucent.
- 4 In a saucepan, whisk flour into milk to create a roux. Cook until thickened, then stir in cheddar and provolone cheeses until smooth.
