- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup diced red onion
- Optional: 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a small saucepan, combine maple syrup, bourbon, Dijon mustard, and smoked paprika. Simmer until slightly thickened.
