- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Place cod fillets in a single layer in a baking dish.
- 4 Brush the lemon-garlic mixture over the fillets.
