- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 slider buns, toasted
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Steps
- 1 In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Reserve 2 tbsp for slaw. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

- 3 For the slaw, mix coleslaw with mayonnaise, reserved marinade, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
