- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1-2 tbsp water for thinning
Steps
- 1 Combine feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor.
- 2 Pulse until feta is broken down but still slightly chunky.
- 3 Add lemon juice, parsley, dill, and thyme. Pulse until herbs are evenly distributed.
- 4 Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dip is too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- 5 Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
