- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 4 thin slices onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- 1 Shape ground beef into four thin patties and season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3 Add patties to skillet and smash with a spatula for 30 seconds, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- 4 Remove patties and set aside.
