- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 to 3 bananas)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- 2 In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 3 In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4 Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- 5 Combine mashed bananas and yogurt; add to butter mixture alternately with flour mixture, mixing just until combined.
- 6 Spread half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- 7 Dollop Nutella over the batter and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle with walnuts if using.
- 8 Drop remaining batter over Nutella, covering it completely.
- 9 Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 10 Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
