Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients

- 8 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package instructions
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 24 oz jar marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 3 Spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 4 Spoon ricotta mixture along one edge of each noodle. Roll up tightly.
- 5 Arrange roll-ups seam side down in the baking dish.
- 6 Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- 7 Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
- 8 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
