- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Steps
- 1 Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl; add beef and marinate for 5 minutes.
- 2 Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add oil.
- 3 Add beef mixture and cook until browned.
- 4 Push beef to the sides and add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- 5 Add beef broth and brown sugar, then place broccoli on top.
- 6 Secure lid, set valve to sealing position, and cook on high pressure for 2 minutes.
