- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Steps
