- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 2 In a large bowl, whisk together egg white, salt, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- 3 Add pecans to the egg white mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- 4 Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5 In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- 6 Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans, gently pressing down to adhere.
