- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- 1 Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- 2 In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy.
