- 1/2 cup chicken broth

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- 3 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and garlic; cook until shrimp turn pink.
- 4 Deglaze skillet with white wine, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 5 Combine cooked orzo and shrimp mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- 6 Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and top is golden.
- 7 Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
