- 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan for topping
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
- 3 Toss bread cubes with melted butter, minced garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
