- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- 3 In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4 Stir in heavy cream, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. Cook until smooth and bubbly.
- 5 Combine macaroni and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Fold in lobster, black pepper, and paprika.
- 6 Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- 7 In a small bowl, mix remaining butter with breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the top.
- 8 Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- 9 Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
