- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce, store-bought or homemade
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms, bell peppers, red onion, and garlic until softened.
