- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, divided
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, divided
Steps
- 1 In a jar or bowl, combine oats, almond milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and half of the blueberries.
