- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- 3 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- 4 Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned.
- 5 Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6 Combine cooked rigatoni with the beef mixture.
- 7 Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
