- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 4 cups lettuce leaves, such as butter or iceberg
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Steps
- 1 In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
- 2 Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- 3 Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
