- 12 oz halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
- Skewers, soaked in water
