- 2 eggs
- 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup bean sprouts

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp palm sugar or brown sugar

Steps
- 1 Soak rice noodles in warm water until soft, about 20 minutes. Drain.
