- 1 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce, divided
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with 1 cup of marinara sauce.
- 2 In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- 3 Stir in cooked Italian sausage until well combined.
- 4 Spread a thin layer of the sausage mixture along the length of each lasagna noodle.
- 5 Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- 6 Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls.
