- 8 lasagna sheets, cooked
- 1 lb ground pepperoni
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook ground pepperoni until browned.
- 3 In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the skillet.
- 5 Place a lasagna sheet in the skillet, top with a spoonful of cheese mixture and some pepperoni, then roll up.
- 6 Repeat until all rolls are in the skillet.
- 7 Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and drizzle with hot honey.
- 8 Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- 9 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
