- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a medium saucepan, bring wild rice and chicken broth to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.
- 3 In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked wild rice, chicken, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- 4 Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 5 Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6 In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
- 7 Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and the top is golden.
- 8 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
