- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 3 In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, chicken, broccoli, soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- 4 Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 5 In a small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese with Ritz crackers and melted butter; sprinkle over the top.
