- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
- 3 Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
