- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- zest and juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp honey
- fresh cilantro for garnish

- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- 3 Add chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- 4 Spread drumsticks in a single layer on a sheet pan.
- 5 Roast for 30 minutes.
- 6 Meanwhile, mix lime zest, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl.
- 7 After 30 minutes, brush the lime mixture over the drumsticks.
- 8 Return to oven and roast for another 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- 9 Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
