- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 2 Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- 3 Roast for 20 minutes or until tender and edges are crispy.
- 4 While broccoli roasts, mix panko, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, and melted butter in a small bowl.
- 5 After removing broccoli from oven, sprinkle the lemon Parmesan crumbs over the top.
- 6 Return to oven for 2 more minutes until crumbs are golden.
