- 1 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps
- 1 Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- 2 In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and maple syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- 4 Stir in vanilla extract, salt, and toasted walnuts.
- 5 Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- 6 Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- 7 Lift fudge out using parchment edges and cut into squares.
