- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 2 Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 3 Place sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 4 Gently smash each sprout with the palm of your hand.
- 5 Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and tender.
- 6 Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 7 Add honey, sriracha, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
