- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons everything seasoning blend
- 1/4 cup melted butter, for brushing

- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2 In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- 3 Gradually add ice water, mixing until dough comes together. Divide into two discs, wrap in plastic, and chill for 10 minutes.
- 4 Unwrap one disc, roll out into a 9x6-inch rectangle. Sprinkle with half the cheese.
- 5 Roll up tightly from the long side, then cut into 6 equal slices. Repeat with remaining disc and cheese.
- 6 Twist each slice into a stick shape and place on prepared baking sheet.
- 7 Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with everything seasoning.
- 8 Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
