- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
- 3 Add garlic and chicken, cooking until chicken is browned.
