- 12 oz frozen cheese-filled turkey tortellini
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook tortellini according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- 3 In a large skillet, cook ground turkey until no longer pink; drain fat.
- 4 Stir in Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt into the turkey.
- 5 Add cooked tortellini, spinach, and 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese to the skillet; mix well.
- 6 Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 7 Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and breadcrumbs.
- 8 Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
