- 4 cloves garlic, roasted
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Salt to taste
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap garlic cloves in foil and roast for 30 minutes, until soft.
- 2 Let garlic cool, then squeeze out the roasted flesh into a mixing bowl.
- 3 Add softened cream cheese to the bowl with roasted garlic.
- 4 Stir in parsley, chives, dill, lemon juice, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- 5 Mix until smooth and well combined.
- 6 Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 7 Transfer spread to a serving dish and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
