- 12 ounces rigatoni
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 Cook rigatoni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
- 3 In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink.
- 4 Stir in marinara sauce, water, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5 In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, combine cooked rigatoni and turkey mixture.
- 6 Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- 7 Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
