- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 8 small flour tortillas, torn into pieces

Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2 In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning, salsa, and cumin until well combined.
- 3 Spread a third of the chicken mixture in the bottom of the baking dish.
- 4 Layer with a third of the black beans, corn, and torn tortillas.
- 5 Repeat layers two more times, finishing with a layer of chicken mixture.
- 6 In a small bowl, mix crushed Doritos with melted butter until moistened, then sprinkle over the top.
- 7 Dot with dollops of sour cream and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.
- 8 Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- 9 Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
