- 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup tofu puffs, optional
Steps
- 1 Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- 2 Pour in chicken broth, beef broth, water, soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil.
- 3 Add beef and cook until just done, about 3 minutes.
- 4 Stir in mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 5 Add napa cabbage and tofu puffs, if using, and cook until vegetables are tender.
- 6 Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
