- 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1 tablespoon finely diced pickled jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps
- 1 Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 12 minutes. Cool under cold water.
- 2 Carefully peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
- 3 Scoop out yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork.
- 4 Add mayonnaise, chipotle chili powder, jalapeños, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- 5 Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
- 6 Sprinkle with paprika.
- 7 Refrigerate until ready to serve.
