- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound frozen tater tots
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until smooth.
- 3 Spread half of the tater tots in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 4 Pour the soup mixture over the tots.
- 5 Top with pepperoni and marinara sauce.
- 6 Cover with remaining tater tots and sprinkle with Parmesan and the remaining mozzarella.
- 7 Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until bubbly and tots are golden.
- 8 Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
