- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (for topping)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2 In a medium bowl, mix marinara sauce, mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, ricotta, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and egg until well combined.
- 3 Spread 1/3 of the tater tots in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 4 Top with half of the cheese mixture, followed by half of the pepperoni.
- 5 Add another layer of tater tots, then the remaining cheese mixture and pepperoni.
- 6 Finish with a final layer of tater tots.
