- 12 oysters, shucked
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (dairy-free option available)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F.
- 2 In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 3 Add spinach, parsley, and green onions; cook until spinach is wilted.
- 4 Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
