- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying

- 1 Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- 2 In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to create a roux.
- 3 Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until thickened.
- 4 Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and cream cheese until smooth.
- 5 Mix cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- 6 Form mixture into 1-inch balls. Flatten slightly.
- 7 Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan in a bowl. Dip each ball in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- 8 Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry bites until golden brown.
