- 1 large onion, sliced

- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Steps
- 1 Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2 Add sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
