- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 large head of green cabbage, shredded (about 8 cups)

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Steps
