- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Steps
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F.
- 2 In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- 3 Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
